One patron of Pike/Pine's Bimbo's Cantina will live in Internet infamy thanks to a tip he left bartender Victoria Liss on Friday night. Not a tip of the monetary variety: in fact, he left a $0 gratuity. To add to this ungentlemanly gesture, the dude reportedly wrote in a tip of his own: "You could stand to loose [sic] a few pounds."

Liss posted the receipt on Facebook (Jezebel has all the comments), noting that "the best part is he was dressed like that gay kid on Glee."

Over the weekend industry folk pooled together its social media might and spread word of the incident, along with the guy's name. Apparently one Andrew Meyer can consider himself blacklisted from more than a few establishments around town. Dan Savage has helpfully provided all sorts of biographical information on him as well. Savage notes, "I shouldn't have to tell someone who works at freaking Microsoft about social media. Bartenders can toss shit up on Facebook too."

The incident is emblematic of some Capitol Hill establishments' frustration at the neighborhood's increasing yuppification. Not surprisingly, The Stranger is all over this; writer Derek Erdman even interviewed Liss about the transaction and exactly what went down. She offers a bit of advice as well: "When you know you're gonna be a total dick lick, DON'T GIVE THE BARTENDER YOUR CREDIT CARD. We live in a social networking hub, don't shit where you eat."
