DOWNTOWN—Restaurant Week. Love it or hate it, it's back as of Sunday. And a handful of local spots are holding a free preview tasting on Friday at lunchtime. So far the list includes Anthony’s Pier 66, Café Lago, Dahlia Lounge, Golden Beetle, Hard Rock Café, Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar, Serafina Osteria e Enoteca and Tilth. EASTLAKE—Little Water Cantina is getting into the lunch biz. The program, dubbed the Torta Shop at Little Water, begins tomorrow. What to expect: a rotating menu of tortas, including brisket, carnitas, beer-battered ling cod and wild boar, all around $10 and available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays.
