CAPITOL HILL—Here's some exciting imbibement news: Artusi is launching a twice-daily happy hour. From 5-7 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. to close, Jason Stratton's Italian aperitivo bar will offer up $5 cocktails, including the grappa sours and the signature Bambi Warhol. Draft beer from Odin's, wines by the glass and Fernet shots will run you $3. A few favorite menu items are on the happy hour menu as well. Ooh, and $5 off bottles of wine. [Eater Wire]
