Cafe Parco, the "non-spaghetti" Italian restaurant, that took over the former Madison Park Cafe opened its doors for dinner last night, according to Cafe Parco's blog. Chef Celinda Norton, formerly of 94 Stewart, has composed a "New Italian" dinner menu light on pasta and laden with proteins. In addition to dinner service, Cafe Parco began serving lunch late last week. Norton says she has a brunch service in the works as well.
