Cal's Classic American, the first of several projects from former Bastille chef Shannon Galusha and the new Classic Concepts Group, is planning its official open on Monday. The Kent Station restaurant promises family-friendliness, hearty American tavern fare, cocktails and five booths will have their own self-serve table taps. As you can see above, each one will dispense both a craft beer and big brewery option. Guest can pre-pay for up to 32 ounces of beer, then pour at will. Buckley's in Belltown also added a self-serve tap option recently.
Classic Concepts Group has more projects in the works for the Puget Sound area.
