How to Make a Silly Sandwich

silly_sandwich_game.pngIt's confession time again for Seattle Weeekly's restaurant reviewer, Hanna Raskin. Pro tip for Silly Sandwich players: always include a sardine in your 'wich. Raskin has overcome her initial dislike for sardines. She quotes sardine evangelist and Good Fish author Becky Selengut: "One of the biggest myths is that sustainable seafood is too expensive. Right there, I'd point to the lowly sardine."
