Mio Sushi, the Portland-based sustainable sushi chain, will open its first Seattle-area restaurant in the Rollin Street Flats development on October 31. Mio's franchising director, James Han tells Eater that they will be open for lunch and dinner on all days but Sunday. Mio seeks to offer affordable, sustainably-sourced sushi.
The chain currently has 12 locations in Oregon. In addition to the Seattle location, Mio has plans to open up shop in Redmond and Issaquah.
