A Capitol Hill Seattle blog contributor provides photographic proof that Tamara Murphy's Terra Plata is, in fact, real. The long-awaited restaurant has apparently reached a point where it's hosting friends and family events. We're still vague on menu details and opening specifics, but hey..it's good to know there's really a restaurant behind those papered-up windows. [CHS]
