The Geeky Swedes have an actual opening date for Red Mill Totem House: Tuesday, October 11. Perhaps even more exciting: the first interior photos of the kitschy1939 building, majorly restored and now flying the Red Mill flag. The menu will offer Red Mill's signature burgers, as well as Totem House classics fish and chips and clam chowder. Don't worry, more fish and chips are on the way.
