Seattle Weekly's Hanna Raskin interviewed vegan chef Colin Patterson of Sutra, one of four Seattle contestants, on his participation in Top Chef Texas. Patterson has some interesting things to say, including what he thought of Texas "I think that every state has its natural beauty, but I would never want to live in Texas. It's too hot and flat for me. I don't love Texas. When I think of Texas, I think of George Bush. I'm pretty sure if they got rid of George Bush, the drought would end."
For those of you interested in seeing how Patterson and the other Seattle contestants fared, Top Chef Texas premieres November 2 at 10 pm on Bravo.
