This week, The Stranger published a comprehensive, investigative, nuanced chow piece on deep fried treats all over town. They vist the the following establishments: Unicorn, Outback Steakhouse, Coterie Room, Captain Blacks, the Ebelskiver lady at the Fremont Sunday Market, Pike Street Fish Fry, BOKA, Red Mill Totem House, Six Seven, Brave House Tavern and West Seattle Fish House. We would bold all the eatery names, but we're suffering from a food coma. "Chubster", the first commenter on the piece, already stole our line: "I think I got fatter just reading this." [The Stranger]
