BALLARDSkillet's Josh Henderson sent us an email telling us about a benefit for Vashon's Farmstead Meatsmith at Hilliard's Beer on 11/20 from 5 to 9 pm. Henderson tells us, "Brandon from farmstead will be butchering a pig on stage 'under the lights', the hilliards beer will be flowing like water." Meanwhile Josh and the Skillet crew will grill and serve up the other half the pig over six courses. Butcher's Benefit tickets are $75. [EaterWire]
