Capitol Hill Seattle breaks the news that Little Uncle, the Thai pop-up shop that used to be known as Shophouse, will settle at a fixed location. On Little Uncle's website, Poncharee Kounpungchart and Wiley Frank announced that they are hoping to open in the first half of December at 1509 East Madison. That address was home to just shuttered Baguette. Meanwhile, Little Uncle can still be found on Monday evenings at La Bete. Tonight's Little Uncle Menu, if you're curious.
