Local mini-mex chain Cactus opened its South Lake Union location on November 12, according to Facebook. The SLU Cactus stands next to the Tom Douglas complex in the Amazon campus. Cactus knows what Seattle wants: this new location announcement came complete with a predesigned happy hour: 3pm-6pm on Monday-Friday and 3pm-5pm Saturday and Sunday. Hours of operation will be 11:30 am to 10:00 pm Sunday thru Thursday and 11:30 am to 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
