Seattle Beer News breaks the news that the owners of Fremont's Brouwer's and Wallingford's Bottleworks plan to open The Publican at the site of the now shuttered Bandolero. Per Matt Bonney of Brouwer's, the emphasis will be less on Belgians and more on American microbrews.
The Publican will open at 10am daily, serve breakfast all day, and offer lunch and dinner menus. Expect it to open by late December.
