GQ features Canlis chef Jason Franey listing some of his favorite things in Seattle. We do like the intro:

After six years at New York's Eleven Madison Park, Jason Franey booked a one-way trip to Seattle to revamp Canlis, a cornerstone of Pacific Northwest dining for half-a-century. Fresh off an Eater best chef nomination[name checked!!], Franey sat down to talk top spots in the Emerald City for chow, suits, and snowboards.
Franey's chosen food and drinks spots are: Paseo, The Viking(where he hangs with Stowell - yes, Ethan), Staple and Fancy, Spur, Rob Roy, and Pho Ha. His favorite markets are the year-round University District Farmers Market and Frank's Produce in Pike Place Market. Oh, and the GQ map in the piece, the mind boggles. Do yourself a favor and ignore it.
