A La Mode Pies Will Open November 10

Chris Porter, owner and baker of A La Mode Pies, announces that his Phinney Ridge shop will open to the public on Thursday, November 10th at 7 am. They will serve Caffe Umbria coffee/espresso and Bluebird Ice Cream. They will be open daily from 7 am to 7 pm. Porter began his pie business online, using Capitol Hill speakeasy Knee High Stocking Co.'s kitchen.
