Seattle Met's Chris Werner says that local Mex/Southwest chain Cactus will open their South Lake Union outpost in the Amazon complex circa November 15. This will be Cactus's fourth location. Current locations are in Madison Park, Alki, and Kirkland. Guacamole with chips anyone? [Seattle Met]
