Everyone's favorite ice cream, beer and pinball shop Full Tilt Ice Cream opens in Ballard today at noon, says Seattle Met's Allecia Vermillion. Per Full Tilt Owner Justin Cline, expect more pinball than in other locations. Other Full Tilt locations include White Center, Columbia City and University District.
