A tipster tells us that Pinky's Kitchen, a new food trailer, will debut across the street from the Wallingford Rancho Bravo. Pinky's will sell its own version of a McRib, a boneless rib sandwich at $7. It bills itself as serving up pig 'n chips and barbecue-inspired comfort food. At the soft opening last night, Facebook commenters praised the sliders, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and veggie joe. The sides also commanded respect, especially the coleslaw and the mac 'n cheese. The truck will open its doors at 11 am on 11/11.
