Seattle Times booze columnist reports on Avalon's $2 tapas happy hour on 'Tapas Tuesday' and declares it a great deal. Though the Luna Park eatery's food is "hit and miss", he praises the smoked duck and figs on flatbread. Tapas Tuesday became so popular that Avalon now offers a scaled down version on other weekdays. But, Vinh says to check out the Tuesday version, since happy hour is on from 4 to 9 pm and the entire menu is available.
