Hotly anticipated Taiwanese-Mexican eatery Chino's will open its doors to the public on December 3, says co-owner Walter Lee. Walter represents the Taiwanese eats at the eatery, while his wife, Mari brings the Mexican food. Both Mari and Walter are cocktail buffs, and they recruited Poppy's longtime bar manager, Veronika Groth to put her stamp on the cocktail program. Expect tiki cocktails and gua bao (pork belly buns).
