The Innkeeper Hints at Caribbean Inspiration

Chef Brian Durbin, managing partner Chris Linker, and designer Judy Boardman, the trio that previously collaborated on Black Bottle and Postern, opened The Innkeeper last month. The eatery features Caribbean and South American small plates paired with the trio's trademark affordable wine menu. Boardman says that the minimalist, warm interior(and two TVs) is meant to evoke a casual, neighborhood hangout--a change up from Marco's Supper Club, the previous inhabitant.
