Thai Curry Simple Takes Over Bad Monkey Bistro Space

We were sad to learn that our favorite Mike-Brady-architected, piano cum sports bar Bad Monkey Bistro recently shuttered(per The Stranger). The silver lining, though, is that Thai Curry Simple will take over the space. We checked in with Mark Pinkaow, who co-owns the local Thai chain with wife, Picha for details. Pinkakow tells us that the new location is 3000 sq. ft. and accommodates 95 people. They will have the same lunch menu as the International District outpost. Look for Thai Curry Simple SLU to open in February 2012.
