seattle-center-food-court-skillet.jpgSeattle Magazine's Cody Ellerd Bay has been all over the Seattle Center's recent decision to move away from typical food court fare to Seattle-centered, quality food. Today, Bay tells us that Skillet has signed up to be an anchor tenant for the reimagined food court. Skillet's head honcho Josh Henderson took to Facebook to spread the word: "They[Seattle Center] are looking for artisans, chefs, street food vendors to take over newly designed kiosks as well as some of the current spaces. It is a great opportunity to re-imagine the food court into something that is ironically about great food!" Who will be the next to sign up? [Seattle Magazine]
