New Yorkers that dream of coffee with notes of pizza will soon be able to have just that: Via Tribunali and Caffe Vita will open in adjacent storefronts in the Lower East Side neighborhood in Manhattan on January 5, 2012, says Bowery Boogie. The blog is calling this block "Little Seattle," but they already have lost the pioneer tenant. Caffe Vita replaces Pike Street Fish Fry at 124 Ludlow, the latter having shuttered back in July 2011.
