Papa Myhrvold Wire

myhrvold-polenta-blog.jpgPatent hoarding Nathan Myhrvold garners yet another honor: James Beard Foundation released its list of top dishes of the year today, and Myhrvold's Polenta with Marinara gets the nod. Surprisingly, this dish did not involve anything fancier than a pressure cooker: " Our favorite: a bowl of homey grits that had been cooked at hyperspeed in a pressure cooker. But the most memorable part of this dish was its intense marinara sauce, familiar in flavor but made with an unexpected ingredient: strawberries." Congrats Papa! [JBF]
