New York's Village Voice interviewed Eleven Madison Park's new co-owners Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, who just wrapped up a national tour promoting their book, Eleven Madison Park: the Cookbook. The Voice asked them about memorable meals on their tour, and wouldn't you know it, Humm said dinner at Canlis was a highlight: "Highlights were Alinea in Chicago; all that Grant does, Next and Aviary. We had a great meal at Animal in Los Angeles. A lot is going on in San Francisco, and we loved Coi. And also in Seattle we had a great meal at Canlis." Not bad company, peeps. [Village Voice]
