B & O Espresso Will Stay Open to 2012, Lives to 37 Years

Reports of B & O Espresso's death have been greatly exaggerated, including by yours truly. Following up on a tip, we confirmed with a B & O employee this morning that the cafe plans to stay open through all or most of 2012. B & O's closure date depends on the demolition date for the six-story mixed-use project planned for the space. For those of you who've never been, this is an opportunity to experience pre-Singles, pre-MSFT Capitol Hill. Make use of it!
