Ex-Herbfarm Tony Demes Opens Noisette in PDX

PORTLAND: Our neighbor to the south continues its insane November-to-remember series of restaurant openings, several from familiar names. Former Herbfarm chef Tony Demes opened haute French spot Noisette; Beard-nominated chef Cathy Whims debuted her second restaurant, Oven & Shaker in Pearl; and Kenny & Zuke's Nick Zukin has opened a Mexican guisados restaurant in Southeast. Also certified open: The formerly pop-up-only Boke Bowl opens a lunchtime brick-and-mortar. [-EPDX-]
