Verjus_Paris.jpgSeattle natives Braden Perkins and Laura Adrian are making a splash in Paris, says the Associated Press. Creators of celebrated(and now closed) supper club Hidden Kitchen, Perkins and Adrian have just opened a tiny wine bar called Verjus that offers up American classics such as buttermilk fried chicken, roasted clams, and s'mores made with high-end French chocolate.
