Feedback's founder Matt Johnson has a regular offering called The Cocktail Club, which begins at 6 pm and ends at closing. For $7, Johnson will pick an exotic ingredient and mix up a cocktail: " He picks an exotic ingredient such as pink peppercorns or persimmon to mix with different white (gin and vodka) and brown (bourbon, rye) spirits to showcase their versatility."
