Neil Robertson Finds Fixed Location For Crumble & Flake

Pastry-king Neil Robertson, formerly of Mistral Kitchen, sent along an email telling us that he has found a Capitol Hill home for his shop, Crumble & Flake Patisserie. The shop will be located at 1500 East Olive Way, formerly home to a hair saloon and immediately adjacent to soon-to-be-open Montana. Though it's a small space, Robertson expects the build out to take a bit of time. He hopes for an April 2012 opening.
