Kevin Chung, co-owner of 8 oz. Burger Bar, tells us that their opening will be delayed: "We were on track for the 12th until we found out that our Health inspector is out of town until the 19th, so our opening date is going to be shortly after that." So, it looks like we should expect a late December opening for this Top-Cheffed Cap Hill burger shop.
