The space vacated by Vuong Loc's June over the weekend will soon be occupied by Tom Black's Restaurant Bea, says Seattle Weekly's Hanna Raskin. Raskin hears from Black's business partner, Kate Perry, who tells her that Bea will be "laid-back but polished." They hope to open in February 2012.
Tom Black's culinary career in Seattle stretches back to 1998 and includes stints at Fuller's, The Barking Frog, and 35th Street Bistro.
