The folks at Serious Eats dispense with the fancy terminology and call the new "salchicha" served at Safeco Field what it is--a hot dog. This roundup of ballpark franks gives a shout-out to the torta served at Roberto Santibañez's new concessions counter, "consisting of a split natural casing Cloverdale brand hot dog, red onions, avocado and jalapenos."
