International District dim sum destination Harbor City makes an appearance today on Simon Says, the website run by French food writer François Simon, the Le Figaro critic supposedly the inspiration for dour Anton Ego in the film Ratatouille. English language contributor Joe Ray braves Harbor City's long wait and powers down pork buns, calamari, salty long beans and plenty more. He writes, "There’s something about dim sum that makes you forget that more will come if you wait." [Simon~Says !]
