Health Department Chronicles

SorryClosed.pngThe fine folks at the awkwardly named Public Health - Seattle & King County have announced a few temporary food establishment shut-downs. Marco's Supper Club in Belltown was ordered closed for "operating without a valid permit," while Seattle Sausage in SoDo was cited for lack of water and "handwashing facilities unavailable." Owner Miles James says he actually put the popular cart on hiatus to focus on opening meaty spot Dot's Delicatessen early this summer. Oriental Deli To Go in Renton also seems to have some issues.
