Where Ya At Matt Dishes Up Gumbo on the Cooking Channel

Crazy-popular Creole food truck Where Ya At and its owner Matthew Lewis scored a nice feature on last night's episode of the Cooking Channel show Eat Street. Lewis and his crew walk viewers through the process of making his highly addictive gumbo, oyster and pork po'boys and, of course, his beignets.

Like any good food-type TV show, the segment includes snippets of food truck diners raving about what they're eating. These clips include extensive time with Seattle Met's Christopher Werner and some words of praise from food writer/Rue La La voice Lorna Yee, who somehow manages to look graceful while eating gumbo on camera. However she pales in comparison to the guy who drops a fried oyster on the ground, then picks it up and eats it anyway.
