Beehives Atop the Fairmont; Culturally Themed Pig Roasts

DOWNTOWN—The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is the latest business to install its own beehives, says Hanna Raskin. Five of them are going on the rooftop next week, meaning housemade honey for the hotel's restaurant in the future. And yes, local big name in beekeeping Corky Luster consulted on the project.
