SOUTH LAKE UNION--Hey, look! The newly bustling neighborhood officially has enough restaurants to launch its own food festival, Savor South Lake Union. For $25 you can sample bites from empire-builder Tom Douglas's new trio of restaurants (one recently opened, two coming soon), as well as stalwarts like Lunchbox Laboratory, Flying Fish and more. Participants include Taichi Kitamura of Sushi Kappo Tamura, Shiro Kashiba of Shiro's, Ryuichi Nakano of Kisaku, Billy Beach of Japonessa and Yoshiaki Nishizawa of Shun.
