Hanna Raskin says chicken wing purveyor Wingstop is opening 15 restaurants in the Seattle area. While she says the chain's atomic wings are no match for a fresh oyster or artisanal cheese, she does deem them "better than most any wings I've tried." And yet her description of the skin-on fries sound even more alluring. No set locations yet, but look for some Wingstops to open in early 2012. [Seattle Weekly via RestaurantNews]
