Construction begins Thursday for the Edmonds location of Dick's Drive-In, the burger chain's first location since 1974. The new location, determined by last year's mega-hyped online poll, will likely open in December. Dick's says that if the Edmonds location is a success, the company will expand again, into the south and east parts of the metropolitan area. [Seattle PI]
