Joule has announced the 2011 lineup for its annual Urban BBQ series. On Sundays throughout the summer, the masterfully international Wallingford restaurant throws a casual afternoon barbecue inspired by the cuisine of a particular country or region. This year chefs Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi's crazy popular barbecues traipse through Greece, Hawaii, Thailand and more.
Tickets are $20 this year and get you an entree and a buffet of appropriate sides. As of now the only info posted is a stream of Facebook invites. Check out the 2011 schedule below.
