wurstkuche.jpgThe owner of upcoming sausage restaurant The Wurst Place responds to charges from one Seattle Met commenter that his shop is a ripoff of LA-based Wurstkuche. Wurst Place owner Bob Liptak says he drew inspiration from German sausage restaurants, as well as Wurstkuche, Swiss Hot Dog in Colorado and Hot Doug's in Chicago. "Yes, we carry a rattlesnake and wild hare sausage but that’s where the sausage similarity ends," he says. [Seattle Met]
