Cure Could Open Next Week; Stopsky's Targeting May 16

CAPITOL HILL—The small but charming Cure could open as early as next week; Chris Werner at Seattle Met says owners Amy and Eric Haldane are shooting for May 10. The bar overlooking Cal Anderson Park will specialize in picnic-friendly fare like charcuterie and cheeses. [Seattle Met]

FREMONT—This Plywood Update is apparently not meant for vegetarians. Butcher counter, sausage shop and restaurant Dot's Delicatessen is mired in the usual permit stuff and is shooting for a late June open. [EaterWire]

GREEN LAKE—That Mother's Day open isn't happening for the third outpost of Irwin's Neighborhood Bakery and Cafe. They plan to open by mid-week next week, with a grand opening celebration the weekend of May 13-15. [My Green Lake]
