Bon Appetit sent around a survey to all the James Beard nominees and today it highlights the responses from the Best Chef: Northwest contenders (well, most of them). Ethan Stowell says he grew up wanting to be a baseball player and would dominate any Iron Chef episode where the secret ingredient was geoduck.
