Pioneer Square's Delicatus gets some profile action on Serious Eats' "A Sandwich a Day" feature. Local pizza guy Adam Lindsley turns his attention to the ShankLamb, a mainstay on the deli's "Progressives" side of the menu. It's piled high with braised, pulled lamb shank, "lamb's pulled pork equivalent." The name is also an homage to co-owner Derek Shankland. [Serious Eats]
