Friday night the James Beard Foundation announced the winners of the 2011 Book, Broadcast & Journalism Awards: René Redzepi's Noma and Amanda Hesser's The Essential New York Times Cook Book were among the cookbook winners, and the anonymous Ruth Bourdain won the first-ever Humor award.
