The Eastside outpost of Black Bottle has been open 10 weeks and has become "an outpost of hipness in a neighborhood better known for chain stores and restaurants." Glenn Drosendahl at the biz journal says Black Bottle Postern's menu is the same concept as the Belltown original, but "80 percent different." The new location in Bellevue's Avalon Tower is already drawing crowds, a good thing since the building was largely empty when the gastropub moved in. [PSBJ]
